e84 Immersion Week

Service Description

Please join us for a 1-week immersion into the e84 approach to learning the hot yoga sequence of 84 Asanas. This is a chance for hot yoga lovers to practice the e84 Intermediate class and the 84 Asanas class every day for 7 days in a row. The e84 Intermediate class is a moderately paced, accessible class that teaches the skills found in the 84 class. It moves much more slowly than the 84 class, and has no prerequisite to attend. This week will be led by Giselle. There are no requirements to attend this Immersion Week, however, we recommend it for people who are proficient in the practice of the hot 26&2 class (Bikram yoga) and want to expand their practice. You must be up for doing about 3-4 hours of yoga per day, and have the desire to learn more.​ Price: $500 ​ What’s included: 7 e84 Intermediate classes 7 84 Asanas classes What’s not included: Flights Accommodation Food Transportation Mat & Towels ($50 additional for 1-week rental) ​ Travel info: Please arrive and depart from Hilo International Airport (ITO) If flying, arrive no later than January 14. We recommend arriving a couple days early to acclimate and be ready for the first day of training Depart no earlier than January 22. If you depart on January 21, you may miss part of our final day. Accommodation: Onsite accommodation available at an extra cost at Blue Dragon Hot Yoga. There are also airbnbs within walking distance. Additional information: There are no requirements to attend this Immersion Week, however we recommend it for people who are proficient in the practice of the hot 26&2 class (Bikram yoga) and want to expand their practice. You must be up for doing 2 classes per day for a week, and have the desire to learn more. ​ About Giselle "SupaG" Meagher: Giselle has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for eight. She is a three-time state USA Yoga Champion, as well as the 2019 Western Regional Champion. Giselle placed sixth in the 2021 Virtual International Yoga Sport Federation competition and graduated from the 500-hour e84 Yoga Teacher Training program in March 2023. Giselle has also received teacher training in the Ashtanga Primary Sequence from Mahesh Chandra at the Abhijna School of Yoga in Kerala, India. Born in Livorno, Italy, Giselle now lives in the California desert, where in addition to teaching yoga, she is a passionate student and lecturer on Sanskrit, ayurvedic medicine, and yoga philosophy.​
