This posture clinic is perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to improve their practice and learn more about Bikram Yoga! For the first 2 hours of this workshop, we will dive deep into a 26&2 posture clinic— exploring alignment of the postures and allowing time for participant inquiries. The posture clinic will be followed by a traditional 90 minute 26&2 Beginner Bikram Yoga class, where students may apply this learning directly to their practice while receiving personal guidance and body-specific feedback. All levels, including first-timers, are welcome to attend!!
About Angel:
Angel Sandoval is an experienced yoga instructor with over 22 years of practice and 18 years of teaching. Beginning his path as a martial artist at age 16, he integrates discipline, devotion, and a dynamic teaching style that combines ancient philosophy with modern science. A two-time National Yoga Asana Champion, Angel has taught both nationally and internationally, offering group classes, workshops, and individualized coaching for athletes. His approach provides students with a fresh, engaging perspective to support their personal growth and physical development.
About Simona:
Simona graduated from Bikram Yoga Teacher training in the Fall of 2010, after a year of intense self-healing with the practice. In 2014, she moved to the Big Island to deepen in her connection with the Earth and learn about permaculture and sustainability. In 2020, Simona began creating an eco-retreat center that is now the birthplace of Blue Dragon Hot Yoga. She began the 500-hour e84 Yoga Teacher Training program with Esak Garcia in 2023, and recently completed the 2 year practicum required to graduate. Simona spends her time devoted to her yoga practice, raising her two daughters, tending to the garden, singing, praying, and dancing. She also enjoys studying Tantra Kriya Yoga, Quechua, Hula, and the Hawaiian Moon Calendar.

Step into the immersive experience of Silent 26&2: designed exclusively for seasoned 26&2 practitioners. In this unique class, the traditional sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises unfolds in a serene, peaceful environment. Here, minimal verbal cues and only the names of the poses guide you, allowing you to deepen your practice and connect with your breath and body on a profound level. Embrace the silence, trust your practice, and let the breath carry you through this transformative journey.
Bikram Yoga's 26 posture exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as Nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well-being will automatically follow. Bikram scientifically designed this 90-minute program to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness and injury, promote weight loss, and limit the effects of aging. In addition, the series of postures combine skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, that increase mental clarity and reduce stress. The 26 postures are all beginner poses. These Hot Yoga classes are traditionally done in a 105 degree heated room to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout, and cleanse the body by flushing toxins. This practice is the foundation on which the entire e84 Yoga system is built.
