Schedule of Events: 3-4:30 26&2 Beginner “Bikram” Hot Yoga class 4:30-5 Savasana & Sound Bath 5-6 Fire & Ice Baths 6-7 Organic Potluck Dinner 7-8 Fireside Music Please note: 🔥Bring a yoga mat, towels, water bottle, organic potluck item, & instruments (mats & towels available for rent $2 each) 🔥 Come fully hydrated (we recommend starting at least 12 hours before class) & do not eat 2-3 hours before practice 🔥$10 suggested donation, proceeds go to the Native Hawaiian Church 🔥Blue Dragon is a smoke, substance, & alcohol free property, so please come with your full presence! 🔥Address: 12-294 E Pohakupele Loop, Pahoa, HI, 96778.
