e84 Fusion: Level 2 Hot Yoga

Service Description

This class is not a fixed sequence, so expect to explore slightly different postures each time you participate. There are 6 class outlines for the e84 Intermediate class, and each outline focuses on 2 series from 84 Asanas class (ie Lotus series, Handstand series, Splits series). Thus, the 84 Asanas class is broken down into bite-sized pieces, by offering baby steps and modifications for beginning to access these more advanced postures. The e84 Intermediate class is challenging, fun, accessible to all, and does not require any advanced skills.
